NORFOLK, VA. Vandeventer Black LLP is pleased to announce that Dustin Paul has joined the Firm’s Norfolk office. Paul concentrates his practice in maritime litigation and other commercial litigation.
Paul has experience representing both large corporate clients and individuals in a variety of disputes. He has extensive training and experience concerning e-discovery and its impact on both litigation and business operations.
His pro bono experience includes representing clients in landlord-tenant disputes, uncontested divorces, and a §1983 action.
He earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University, where he was active in student life and interned at Legal Aid. He earned his A.B. in Political Science from Duke University.
He previously worked as an associate at Virginia’s largest law firm, and as a summer associate at a preeminent firm in North Carolina.
