Vandeventer Black Supports Virginia Food Banks

Norfolk, VA.  Vandeventer Black LLP is pleased to announce for the second year in a row, that the Firm has been awarded the Legal Food Frenzy “Chesapeake Bay Blue Crab Award” after finishing first in the state (large firm per capita) in the annual food drive.   Vandeventer Black raised 463 pounds of food per person for 2012 between the firm’s Norfolk and Richmond offices.

The Legal Food Frenzy is an annual food drive, which collects food and donations to help the Virginia food banks.  Law firms across the state collect non-perishable food items and raise funds to support food banks at a time of year when they have had historically low support.

Vandeventer Black lawyers have provided legal services to businesses nationally and internationally since 1883.  The Firm has offices in Norfolk and Richmond, Virginia, Kitty Hawk and Raleigh North Carolina, Pasadena, California and Hamburg, Germany.
