We have represented lenders in billions of dollars of commercial loan closings. We have handled virtually every kind of financing for our non-bank clients. The only type of financing we do not handle is consumer residential real estate.

Representative matters include acquisition, development and construction real estate financing, C&I and ABL financing, ESOP financing, vessel financing, industrial and waterfront financing, including shipyards and terminals, and lease financing. We have extensive experience with loans with commercial banks and conduit lenders, recourse and non-recourse loans, and virtually every kind of collateral and security interest.
