Our firm has a long history of handling immigration matters and working with the United States Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Department of Labor. Vandeventer Black's International Law Group provides immigration advice for businesses and can assist businesses strategize the transfer of personnel to their U.S. operations.

We represent businesses currently located, or seeking to locate, in the United States with strategies to help expedite and facilitate the transfer of managers, executives, and other personnel to the United States. We assist organizations in determining the most effective strategies for employers and employees seeking to do business in the U.S.

We also assist employers with compliance under the employer sanction provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act, including by counselling clients on compliance with state and federal E-Verify programs, the implementation of I-9 processes and procedures, and avoiding civil and criminal fines and penalties under the Act.
