RALEIGH, NC. The law offices of Vandeventer Black LLP are pleased to announce that Kevin A. Rust has joined the firm’s Raleigh office. Kevin’s practice focuses on civil matters, including business litigation, eminent domain, administrative and regulatory, appellate, and construction litigation. He is a member of the American and North Carolina Bar Associations.
Prior to joining the firm, Kevin practiced in Greensboro, North Carolina, handling business and construction related disputes. He served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Robert C. Hunter on the North Carolina Court of Appeals, gaining valuable appellate and general civil litigation experience.
Kevin received his B.S. (cum laude) in Political Science from Ball State University, and his J.D. (cum laude) from Wake Forest University. At Wake Forest, Kevin was a member of Law Review and Moot Court.
