This distinguished award recognizes outstanding efforts of women in Virginia for making notable contributions to their profession, community, and society at large.
Arlene concentrates her practice in all areas of Labor & Employment Law. She advises and represents a variety of organizations and businesses on a broad range of employment issues, including discrimination, wrongful discharge, wage and hour claims, VOSH/OSHA citations and covenants not to compete. She also has a strong background in advising employers on preventative measures such as handbooks and policies, evaluations and job descriptions, discipline and discharge, drug testing policies, legal compliance, employment contracts and union avoidance.
Arlene received her BA in Labor Studies from Penn State University and her JD from Temple University School of Law.
