NORFOLK, VA. Vandeventer Black LLP is pleased to announce that Partner, David W. Lannetti was selected by Virginia Lawyers Media for inclusion in the Class of 2011 “Leaders in the Law” program.
Now in its sixth year, this awards program recognizes the lawyers across the Commonwealth who are setting the standard for other lawyers in Virginia. “Leaders” are recognized for changing the law, serving the community, changing practice or improving Virginia’s justice system, among other accomplishments.
Dave serves as the Associate Development Department Manager at Vandeventer Black. His practice focuses on bankruptcy, creditors’ rights law, government contracts law, construction law, maritime law and litigation. Dave’s community and civic involvement is extensive, including volunteer work for the Norfolk Sister Cities Association, Virginia Special Olympics, the Boy Scouts of America and the U. S. Naval Academy.
Dave received a B.S. (with distinction) from the U.S. Naval Academy, an M.S. in Management (with Honors) from Troy State University and a J.D. from The College of William & Mary School of Law.
