Brad is an attorney with Vandeventer Black and concentrates his law practice in Business and Commercial Transactions, Entertainment and Environmental matters.
Brad earned his J.D. from Tulane University School of Law, where he served as a Managing Editor of the Environmental Law Journal. Brad was also a member of the Business Law and Entertainment Law Societies. He earned a B.A. (cum laude) from University of Virginia, where he was in the Distinguished Majors program and on the editorial staff of The Cavalier Daily.
Prior to law school, Brad worked in the entertainment industry at Beacon Communications and Filmfour Ltd., in Los Angeles. He interned for the Honorable Calvin Johnson, Chief Judge of the New Orleans Criminal District Court in 2005.
Brad is co-author of Going Corporate, a non-fiction book published in September 2004 by St. Martin’s Press and reviewed in USA Today, The New York Post, The Chicago Tribune, the Boston Globe, CNBC, and Fox News.
Brad is admitted to practice in all Virginia state courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Virginia. He is based in the Norfolk office.
