Price is a partner with Vandeventer Black’s Commercial section and co-chairs the firm’s Finance Group. Price’s law practice focuses in the areas of commercial real estate finance, acquisitions, leasing, and development.
Price has experience in sophisticated commercial and real estate matters and represents lenders and borrowers throughout the country. His team has closed millions of dollars in conduit financing, insurance company loans and other similar products. The member’s of Price’s team are known as deal makers who focus on getting the deal done while always protecting their client.
Price received a B.A. from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from The College of William & Mary School of Law, where he was a member of the American Bar Association National Moot Court Team and a Moot Court Board Justice.
He is a member of the Commercial Council of the Tidewater Association of Realtors, The International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Hampton Roads Association of Commercial Real Estate. Price is a Fellow of the Sorenson Institute of Political Leadership and a graduate of the Civic Leadership Institute, as well as a Special Assistant Prosecutor for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
