Dean T. Buckius

Dean is a partner with Vandeventer Black, located in the Firm’s Norfolk office, and serves on the Firm’s Executive Board.  He concentrates his law practice in all areas of labor and employment law and litigation.  He advises and represents businesses on a broad range of employment issues including union avoidance, discrimination, wrongful discharge, wage and hour claims VOSH/OSHA citations, trade secrets, employment contracts and covenants not to compete.  Dean represents clients in state and federal courts, as well as in administrative forums and before arbitrators and mediators.
