Kevin A. Rust

Kevin Rust is an associate at the law firm, and is located in the Firm’s Raleigh office.  Kevin’s practice focuses on civil matters, including business litigation, eminent domain, administrative and regulatory, appellate, and construction litigation. 

Prior to joining the firm, Kevin practiced in Greensboro, North Carolina, handling business and construction related disputes.  After completing his degree at Wake Forest, Kevin served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Robert C. Hunter on the North Carolina Court of Appeals, gaining valuable appellate and general civil litigation experience.
