Vandeventer Black’s Norfolk office serves as the firm’s headquarters. Located in the West Wing of the 5th floor of the World Trade Center, overlooking the Elizabeth River and Norfolk’s waterside. Parking is available at the Town Point parking garage directly across the building on Main Street.
Driving Directions:
I-64 East from the Peninsula to Norfolk
- Go through Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel.
- Take I-264 Exit to Downtown Norfolk. (Next exit after Northhampton Boulevard Exit.)
- Exit on Waterside Drive (stay in left lane straight into Norfolk).
- Follow Waterside Drive. Travel through three traffic lights.
- Right at 4th light onto Main Street (across from Nauticus).
- Left into the Town Point parking garage.
- Vandeventer Black is on the 5th floor (enter in the West doors of the World Trade Center)
I-664 East from the Peninsula to Norfolk
- Go through Monitor Merrimack Bridge Tunnel.
- I-664 merges into I-264 and I-64. Follow Left I-264 exit to Downtown Norfolk and through Downtown Tunnel.
- Right exit on Waterside Drive.
- Travel through three traffic lights.
- Right at 4th light onto Main Street (across from Nauticus).
- Left into the Town Point parking garage.
- Vandeventer Black is on the 5th floor (enter the West doors of the World Trade Center)
I-64 West to Norfolk
- As you approach the I-264/VA-44 West interchange take 2nd exit I-264 to Downtown Norfolk.
- Exit on Waterside Drive (stay in left lane straight into Norfolk).
- Follow Waterside Drive. Travel through three traffic lights.
- Right at 4th light onto Main Street (across from Nauticus).
- Left into the Town Point parking garage.
- Vandeventer Black is on the 5th floor (enter the West doors of the World Trade Center)
Route 168 from Northeastern North Carolina
- Take Route 168N from the Outer Banks of North Carolina toward Virginia.
- Enter the Chesapeake Expressway (still Rt. 168).
Note: There is a $2 toll each way for cars. - Rt. 168 will merge into I-464. Follow I-464 toward Downtown Norfolk.
- Left merge (aggressive) on the Berkley Bridge, following signs to Downtown Norfolk/Waterside Drive.
- Follow Waterside Drive. Travel through three traffic lights.
- Right at 4th light onto Main Street (across from Nauticus).
- Left into the Town Point parking garage.
- Vandeventer Black is on the 5th floor (enter the West doors of the World Trade Center)
I-95 from Raleigh
- Take I-95N toward Richmond, Virginia.
- Merge into US58 East toward Emporia/Norfolk.
- Merge into I-664 South toward I-264 East Portsmouth/Norfolk.
- Left merge into I-264 East Portsmouth/Norfolk. Go through the Downtown Tunnel.
- Follow Waterside Drive. Travel through three traffic lights.
- Right at 4th light onto Main Street (across from Nauticus).
- Left into the Town Point parking garage.
