The Intellectual Property team at Vandeventer Black provides a wide range of services relating to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property issues to a variety of businesses, organizations and individuals. Our trademark work includes preliminary advice regarding trademark selection, trademark search and analysis, registration and maintenance of trademarks with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and with the state trademark offices, trademark infringement and unfair competition litigation and domain name protection.
Our copyright work includes registration of works with the U.S. Copyright Office, protection, assignment and licensing of all forms of copyrights, and infringement litigation.
