Mark serves as regional counsel for several long-term nursing care companies in Virginia. The clients and insurers who refer matters to Mark include Golden Living, Care One, CNA HealthPro, State Volunteer Mutual Insurance Company, The Medical College of Virginia Associated Physicians, Virginia Commonwealth University Health Systems, Tudor Insurance Company, and others. Mark also represents and defends healthcare providers in proceedings before the various state professional licensing boards.
