Vandeventer Black Attorneys Harvey and Ottinger Receive VBA Community Service Award
James R. Harvey, III and Richard H. Ottinger were recognized as 2005 Virginia Bar Association Community Servant Charter Members. The mission of the program is to encourage, increase, support, and make more effective and efficient, the participation in non-legal community service and pro bono publico legal service by lawyers licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Harvey is a partner with Vandeventer Black and concentrates his practice in construction law, public contracts, products liability and general commercial litigation.
Ottinger is a partner with the firm and concentrates his practice in Commercial Litigation, with a particular focus on products liability defense, commercial and private property disputes.
