Bilisoly speaks on Maritime Port Workers Smart ID Cards (TWIC program), Federal and State security Procedures and Preemption Issues
NORFOLK, VA. Vandeventer Black attorney F. Nash Bilisoly spoke at the June 22 Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute (SEALI) national conference in Amelia Island, FL. Bilisoly discussed the latest trends in Maritime Port Workers Smart ID Cards (TWIC program) as well as Federal and State Security Procedures and Preemption Issues.
Bilisoly has been a partner with Vandeventer Black since 1985 and concentrates his law practice in maritime matters, representing shipyards, terminals & vessels. His practice includes work with insurance carriers and self-insured businesses and he has litigated numerous matters before administrative agencies, federal district courts and courts of appeal and, in 2002, the United States Supreme Court. He graduated from The College of William & Mary, received his JD from Tulane School of Law and is a Proctor in The Maritime Law Association of the United States.
